1. We tell you what astrology is. An old Indian tradition of reading the sky — guidance for reflection, not a proven science.
2. Guidance, not guarantee. We never promise a job, a marriage date, wealth, a visa, exam marks or a cure. We speak of tendencies and favourable periods.
3. You stay in charge of your life. Every reading ends with practical steps you can take. Your effort and choices matter more than any planet.
4. No fear, ever. No “curse”, no “danger”. Mangal dosha, Sade Sati and similar placements are explained calmly — what they do and do not mean.
5. ₹99 means ₹99. One fixed price for each question; all six for ₹594. No hidden charges, no subscriptions, no pressure inside your reading.
6. Remedies are optional — and we sell nothing. Only simple daily or weekly practices and short mantras that anyone can do at home. No gemstones, jadi-booti, yantras or paid pujas — ever.
7. Both sides of the chart. Strengths and challenges, honestly and in proportion.
8. One clear method, the same for everyone. Every reading is prepared by our AI engine from classical Parashari rules — calculations tested against professional software, every line traceable to your chart, every reading checked automatically for accuracy and tone. If your birth time is uncertain, we say so.

11. Your birth details are yours. We collect only what your reading needs, with your clear consent; we never sell it; we delete it when you ask. A parent or guardian must consent for anyone under 18.
12. If we make a mistake, we fix it. For example, if we enter your details wrongly, we correct your reading free.
13. A real person behind honest pen names. “Guruji” is the pen name of the person who writes our hand-crafted readings and takes our calls. We never invent astrologers or use fake photos.

What we will not do

• Predict lottery, betting or share-market wins.
• Predict death, lifespan or the timing of an illness.
• Predict the sex of an unborn baby — sex-selection is a crime in India.
• Claim to cure any disease, or tell anyone to stop medicine.
• Offer “black magic removal”, “vashikaran” or control over another person.
• Say a partner is cheating, or that a marriage must break.
• Reject a marriage match on one “dosha” alone.
